Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy e-commerce executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, coordinate digital marketing efforts, analyze performance metrics, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update product listings across company websites and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.)
2. Optimize product content for SEO, visuals, and conversion rate
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for product availability
4. Track and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales
5. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, Google Ads, and social media promotions
6. Coordinate promotions, discount codes, and seasonal sales
7. Collaborate with customer service to ensure timely resolution of order-related issues
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices
9. Generate regular performance and sales reports for management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
3. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or marketplaces)
4. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
5. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online customer behavior
6. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
7. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
