Job summary

Cart JBS Portal LLC seeks an experienced e-commerce expert to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced online environment. You will guide training, set sales strategies, and monitor progress toward targets, working with Noon, Amazon and other marketplaces.

Job description

Candidate must have previous experience in e-commerce platforms, work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.We are looking for an Amazon/Noon or any other e-commerce portal expert.

Requirements:

• Motivate and inspire the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages the bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.
• Provides leadership, support, and guidance Training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals.
• Manage and motivate the team to meet sales targets and margin and ensure efficiency
• A computer science or programming degree (or a degree in a similar field)
• Working knowledge of different e-commerce portals and managing listing, add new categories/products on Noon, Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Exceptional communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, critical thinking abilities and the ability to analyze problems and create solutions.
• Creative skills to come up with work arounds preferably experience or knowledge about e-commerce platforms.
