Job Description

We are hiring a Director of Ecommerce for the MEA & APAC region. As the Ecommerce Director – MEA+APAC, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital sales and optimizing the e-commerce experience for Ennismore’s diverse brand portfolio. The scope includes all Lifestyle Collective properties in the MEA and APAC regions. You will be responsible for initiatives to increase direct bookings on our brand websites, working closely with product, revenue, and property teams. Your focus will be on operational leadership, digital marketing, and revenue management to ensure seamless, high-converting, and impactful digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize Website Performance: Collaborate with product, revenue, and brand VPs to enhance websites and booking engine functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Deep Product Partnership: Work with the product team to align commercial objectives with product development, prioritizing features that drive bookings and engagement.
  • Lead Acquisition Marketing: Manage digital marketing strategies and paid campaigns, overseeing regional e-commerce teams to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Coordinate Paid Media & ROI: Oversee paid media investments, ensuring budget efficiency and maximizing returns, and collaborate on CRM campaigns.
  • Performance Assessment: Partner with Data and Insights teams to evaluate website performance and recommend improvements.
  • Drive Commercial Initiatives: Lead customer journey optimization and direct sales initiatives, ensuring competitive pricing structures.
  • Prioritize Feature Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver impactful digital features.
  • New Features Implementation: Work with property teams to implement and utilize new digital features.
  • Triage & Troubleshoot Website Issues: Manage troubleshooting efforts to resolve website and booking engine issues swiftly.
  • New Openings Coordination: Ensure websites are ready for new property launches, aligned with e-commerce goals.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business / hospitality or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in hospitality e-commerce management.
  • Proven expertise in digital product development, marketing, and revenue optimization.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and ROI management.
  • Experience working with revenue management strategies.
  • Track record of increasing direct bookings and reducing reliance on OTAs.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with A / B testing, CRO, and digital transformation projects.
