E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide solutions and satisfactory customer service to clients.
2. Handle and process all orders, requests, and returns from our e-store and partnered e-tailors.
3. Ensure stock accuracy on our e-store and partner e-stores, updating daily.
4. Coordinate with other departments on delivery, stock availability, and production.
5. Provide weekly reports on product performance, with suggested solutions to enhance sales and conversions.
6. Establish and maintain an up-to-date client database compatible with CRM software.
7. Audit our e-store's functionality and performance daily, from landing page to checkout and payment.
8. Audit our partnered e-tailors’ stores weekly to ensure all products are live.
9. Attend all training provided by our partnered e-tailors.
10. Manage visual merchandise on our e-store.
11. Work closely with the warehouse coordinator on orders and returns daily.
12. Arrange for product creation, including details and images, on our e-store and partner e-tailors.
13. Coordinate seasonal product shoots with our partnered e-tailors.
14. Reconcile monthly accounts and client statements with the accounting department.
15. Place orders for production based on a pre-set priority list and follow up on production status to ensure timely delivery.
16. Communicate projected delivery dates to clients, coordinating with logistics, production, and international sales.
17. Track and monitor order statuses, prepare, and update tracking reports for the team.
18. Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
