We are looking for an E-Commerce Administrator to join our expanding team in Dubai! The successful candidate will be working under our highly experienced Product & Development Manager and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of product listings, pricing updates, and supporting overall E-Commerce platform operations. This 3-months full-time internship opportunity has the potential to be converted into a permanent role. Key responsibilities:
Product & Data Management – Ensure accurate product listings, manage bulk uploads, and conduct regular website audits to maintain data integrity and consistency.
Pricing & Product Updates – Perform monthly pricing updates, update unit weight and case factors, and coordinate with category teams to ensure accurate new product additions.
Feature Enhancements & Website Optimization – Implement product filters, update attributes/allergens, and proactively identify and resolve errors on the eCommerce platform.
Customer Engagement & Digital Sales – Conduct tele-sales, support eCommerce adoption, and troubleshoot customer issues to enhance overall platform experience.
Marketing & Campaign Coordination – Work closely with the marketing team to align product availability with promotional campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Previous experience in eCommerce administration, digital sales, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets.
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, product listing management, and bulk uploads.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams.
