Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Functional Consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM in the role of Functional Consultant/Business Analyst at least three large, end-to-end MSCRM implementations that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Service/Marketing/Field Service).
- Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for business process improvements.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, including training and troubleshooting.
- Develop functional specifications and design documents for customizations and integrations.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure functional requirements are translated into technical designs.
- Experience in Azure AI/ML, Azure IoT platform, and Virtual Agent is highly preferable.
- Customize CRM systems using extensions, customizations, and integrations with other systems.
- Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide support to clients during testing and go-live phases.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and product updates related to Dynamics 365 CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management processes and principles.
- Ability to conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies is a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Customer Engagement, Sales, Marketing, or related areas are preferred.
