Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

Role Overview

Our client is looking for talented D365 FO professionals who will use their expertise and experience for the technical realization of tasks based on functional designs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly in building and testing new and existing functionalities. Requirements

• A University graduate with a relevant degree within a computing or business discipline.
• A Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Core or Technical Certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience with all stages of Dynamics 365 FO Development.
• A good understanding of best practices including code management (e.g., source control), unit testing methodologies, and build processes.
• Good knowledge of X++.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of DevOps principles.
• Team player, able to foster positive working relationships across the organization.
• Resilience and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• High sense of ownership and competence to work independently.
• Willingness to travel abroad when required.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Solution and Senior/Technical Architects to create high-quality designs and sustainable client solutions.
• Implement technical solutions for customer requirements in D365FO.
• Analyze and resolve issues within the ERP system.
• Participate in development, integrations, and product support.
• Work in an Agile approach depending on business requirements.
• Collaborate with on-shore and off/near-shore development teams.
• Deliver all development work according to Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) standards, ensuring successful implementation on time and within budget.
• Unit test code before release.
• Adhere to best practices and client’s technical standards during all development activities.
• Keep team and project manager updated on progress.
• Identify risks and issues early and raise through appropriate governance channels.
• Perform additional duties as instructed and agreed upon by practice management.
• Represent MBS professionally and positively at all times.
• Protect all shared information related to our client and their customers.
