Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
• Engage with guests to ensure their dining satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and provide solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
