Top Neom Real Estate Broker is seeking a motivated Real Estate Telesales Executive in the UAE to drive outbound outreach, generate leads, and promote properties. You will schedule meetings for the sales team, follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages are an advantage.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• A professional attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
• Promote residential and commercial properties, including apartments, villas, and off-plan projects.
• Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, and investment goals.
• Schedule property viewings and meetings with real estate agents or property consultants.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
• Provide accurate information about property prices, payment plans, and project details.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
• Maintain professional communication and comply with applicable UAE telemarketing regulations.
