Job summary

AHLAM ALMADINA SUPERMARKET LLC in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a sales-oriented individual to promote food and FMCG products. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales, build strong customer relationships, and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities include product feature explanations, promotions, after-sales follow-up, and ensuring shelves are well presented. Freshers welcome; immediate joiners preferred and UAE sales experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell strong food and FMCG products to customers and clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Explain product features, prices, offers and promotions to customers.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate sales.
• Monitor product availability, pricing and market demand.
• Coordinate with the store inventory and purchasing teams.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and well presented.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor competitor products, prices and promotions.
• Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
• Follow company policies and food safety procedures.
