Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years UAE experience in Fit-Out estimation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works including MEP, joinery, and civil works.
• Good understanding of FM costing including AMC and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and prepare BOQs and cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site data.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure scope completeness.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare variation orders, final accounts, and cost reports.
• Monitor project budgets and highlight cost deviations.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and project requirement assessment.
