Job summary

Safari Decor L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a qualified cost estimator to prepare detailed estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects, review drawings and BOQs, and compile cost breakdowns.

You will calculate materials, labour, finishes, and accessories, prepare quotations and tender submissions, and ensure competitive, accurate quotes within deadlines. UAE market experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, QS, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fit-out and joinery estimation.
• Experience in UAE fit-out and joinery market preferred.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, joinery details, and BOQs.
• Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates and commercial quotations.

• Estimate costs for carpentry, cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchens, doors, furniture, and interior fit-out works.

• Prepare quotations, cost breakdowns, and tender submissions.

• Include labour, materials, installation, transportation, wastage, overheads, and profit margins.

• Ensure quotations are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out and joinery estimation.

• Experience in the UAE fit out and joinery market is preferred.

• Good knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, finishes, and interior fit-out specifications.

• Ability to read architectural drawings, joinery details, and BOQs.

• Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates and commercial quotations.
