Job summary

A leading fit-out and engineering firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to analyze designs and prepare detailed cost estimates. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, sourcing suppliers, managing budgets, and conducting site visits. Qualifications

• 6 months – 2 years UAE experience in Fit-Out estimation preferred.
• Good understanding of FM costing -AMC, PPM, reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare BOQs.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site data.
• Prepare accurate pricing for fit-out, joinery, furniture, and FM projects.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support Furniture Fitout, Renovation, and FM AMC estimation.
• Prepare and manage variation orders, final accounts, and cost reports.
• Monitor project budgets and highlight any cost deviations.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and assessment.
