Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a skilled Dutch Speaking Recruiter to join our remote team. This position allows you to work from anywhere while playing a crucial role in sourcing and placing top talent across various industries. You will collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and leverage your language skills to communicate effectively with candidates. Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for a range of job openings using various recruitment methods.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Partner with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their hiring requirements and company culture.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate communication, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment processes effectively.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness and creativity in sourcing candidates.
  • Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work are necessary.
