Job summary

Montpellier Resourcing in Dubai is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join a private client team. You will build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth relationships across the GCC, delivering tailored investment, protection and banking solutions in partnership with investment specialists.

This client-facing role requires a proven track record in private banking or wealth management, a strong network of HNW clients, and regulatory qualifications such as CISI or CFA.

Qualifications

• Experience in private banking, wealth management or IFA role.
• Strong network of high-net-worth clients.
• Regulatory qualifications such as CISI/CFA or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
• A proven track record of meeting revenue and AUM growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of private banking and wealth management clients across the GCC.
• Identify client needs and structure investment, protection and banking solutions.
• Collaborate with internal investment teams for portfolio reviews and recommendations.
• Meet new business targets through referrals and existing client relationships.
• Ensure all client interactions meet DIFC regulatory and suitability standards.
