Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Dubai seeks a dynamic Wealth Manager to build lasting client relationships, assess financial goals, and tailor investment solutions in a fast-paced UAE market. The role requires sales orientation, client confidence, and a proactive approach to uncover opportunities.

You will work with internal teams to onboard clients, prepare proposals and client updates, cross-sell products, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of wealth management, financial services, relationship management, or sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage clients and generate business.
• Good understanding of financial products and market trends.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Immediately available candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable wealth or investment solutions.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to revenue generation.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services.
• Monitor market trends and stay informed on relevant financial products.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow internal compliance processes.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and client updates as required.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
