Job summary

Atlas Medical in Dubai is seeking an experienced Warehouse In-Charge to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate inventory, timely dispatch, and compliance with UAE medical regulations.

You will lead a warehouse team, coordinate receiving, storage, packing, and shipments, and drive efficiency across end-to-end processes in a fast-paced medical distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must have UAE/local warehouse and logistics experience.
• Strong inventory control and stock handling skills.
• Experience with freight planning and distribution.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Manage receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and effective stock control.
• Coordinate freight planning, shipment schedules, and logistics activities.
• Supervise end-to-end warehouse and distribution processes.
• Lead the warehouse team and support operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations for medical products and supplies.
• Monitor warehouse safety, organization, and operating standards.
