Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Utilities Engineer for a major Roads and Bridges project in Dubai. You will be a key member of the construction supervision team, focusing on wet and dry utilities, offering coordination with contractors and authorities to ensure safe, compliant delivery.

You will oversee MEP and utility works in line with IFC drawings, RTA standards, and local regulations, supporting inspections and handover with a strong emphasis on safety and quality in a live urban environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Civil Engineering degree and UAE engineer membership.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant utilities experience on major infra projects.
• Minimum 5 years in Dubai with RTA project experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility protection, diversions, and reinstatement within RTA corridors.
• Ensure compliance with RTA utility layouts, depths, and reinstatement standards.
• Interface with traffic management and staging plans for safety near live roads.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and submittals for MEP/utility services.
