Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly skilled Consultant ENT Surgeon for a leading hospital in Dubai. Qualifications

• Proven consultant-level expertise in trauma, head and neck surgery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions with a subspecialty focus.
• Perform emergency and elective procedures including tracheostomies.
• Provide comprehensive peri-operative and post-operative care.
• Lead emergency ENT trauma response in collaboration with trauma teams.
• Manage inpatient and outpatient cases with high clinical autonomy.
