Job summary

AL Khail Mall is seeking a qualified Legal Coordinator to support its property portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on drafting and reviewing tenancy agreements, managing tenancy-related legal matters, and handling RDC procedures.

The candidate must have Dubai tenancy law experience, RERA, Ejari, and strong English drafting with fluent Arabic. Responsibilities include advising management, coordinating with external lawyers, and maintaining confidential case files.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
2-4 years of UAE legal experience, including Dubai tenancy matters.
Experience drafting residential and commercial lease agreements.
Hands-on RDC experience: registration, follow-up, hearings, execution, settlements.
Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws, RERA, Ejari.
Fluent Arabic; strong English drafting and communication.
Currently residing in the UAE and able to work in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and amend tenancy agreements, renewals, addenda, settlement agreements, termination documents, and notices.
Review lease terms including rent, deposits, maintenance, renewal, and dispute resolution.
Advise Management on landlords' and tenants' rights and obligations.
Handle rental matters including unpaid rent, evictions, and security deposits.
Prepare and follow up on RDC cases, including registrations and settlements.
Coordinate with external lawyers and notaries; liaise with authorities.
