Job summary

ACCA Careers in Dubai is offering a Tax Intern position to support the Tax team in delivering quality advisory and compliance work across GCC clients, contributing to the firm's growth through efficient engagements.

You will analyse data and help with return filing, prepare client documentation, and assist with reporting under supervision from senior staff.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Law/Tax, ACCA/CPA preferred, strong MS Office and English, and availability for 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, or Tax.
• Professional certificates (ACCA/CPA/ICAI/ICAEW/CTA) preferred.
• 3–6 month availability.
• Strong MS Office skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and convert data into a tax product for GCC countries and clients
• Be responsible for complete execution of the assigned engagements (a) Preparation and assistance with return filing and report generation
• Provide quality service, be commercial and reduce rework
• Prepare Client Specific documentation and record all the changes and adjustments
• Thoroughly check documents for tax inspections for clients in GCC
• Be up to date on Tax trends, developments and technical authorities
• Build internal networks to develop understanding of service line, offerings and bring potential opportunities to the attention of the team
• Coordinate with the manager/senior executive for planning and management of assignments
• Maintain composure and exercises control in pressure situations in the team
• Ability to meet/adhere to strict deadlines
