Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience as an Accountant or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.
• Record daily financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and review invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding accounting inquiries.
• Ensure records comply with company policies and regulations.
• Support senior accountants with financial analysis and reporting.
