Job summary

Golden Goose in Dubai is seeking a passionate Tailor to extend the life of products through repair and bespoke tailoring. You will deliver embroidery, alterations, and customization while educating customers about possibilities and maintaining brand standards.

You will work closely with store teams, engage customers, and utilize digital tools to enhance engagement. Fluency in English is essential and prior tailoring experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Experience as Tailor in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Offer personalized tailoring services to extend product life.
• Provide repair and alteration services including embroidery and embellishments.
• Develop a showcase catalog of embroidery designs and customized products.
• Advise customers on bespoke services to reflect their style.
• Collaborate with sales, pre- and post-sales activities and stock management.
• Register customers on Golden App for segmentation and profiling.
• Convey GG brand vision and heritage and uphold brand identity in interactions.
• Maintain tailoring area and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing and GDPR compliance.
• Utilize Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore and Stealth to enhance processes.
