Job summary

University of Birmingham Dubai is seeking a proactive recruitment and business development professional to lead student recruitment efforts for UAE-based applicants and support the delivery of a regional growth strategy.

The role involves organising internal and external events, representing the university at recruitment activities, and coordinating visits for applicants, parents, sponsors, agents and businesses.

Qualifications

• Educated to Bachelor's level or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a student recruitment/HE environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing data.
• Strong written and oral communication at multiple levels.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support UAE student recruitment activities and events.
• Coordinate Open Days and recruitment events in the UAE and international markets.
• Liaise with stakeholders, UK teams, and external partners.
• Assist admissions processing and sponsor liaison when required.
• Analyse data on enquiries, applications and enrolments.
• Travel throughout the UAE and occasional weekends/holidays.
