Job summary

First Point Group in Dubai is seeking an Associate Manager - Supplier Performance & Contract Management to join its Procurement Excellence function. The role focuses on supplier performance, contract governance, analytics, SLA monitoring, and risk management, driving continuous improvement and procurement best practice.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in procurement with strong data, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
8+ years of procurement, supplier management, or contract management experience.
Demonstrated experience with SLAs, KPIs, supplier scorecards, and performance monitoring.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and matrix environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
Produce supplier scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports.
Support the drafting, review, and ongoing management of supplier contracts with legal and procurement teams.
Analyze supplier data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Coordinate renewals, amendments, extensions, and contract close-out activities.
Support procurement analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
