Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in data-related field.
• 8+ years in data, analytics, BI, or data science leadership.
• Proven experience developing and executing enterprise data strategies.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, cloud platforms, BI tools, and analytics technologies.
• Understanding of AI/ML, predictive analytics, data governance, and data security.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect data initiatives with business outcomes.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• UAE or GCC experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy.
• Lead Data Analytics, BI, Data Science, and reporting functions.
• Build scalable data platforms, pipelines, warehouses, and analytics solutions.
• Establish strong data governance, quality, security, privacy, and management frameworks.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify high-impact data and analytics opportunities.
• Oversee dashboards, reporting, predictive analytics, and advanced business insights.
• Drive the adoption of AI, machine learning, automation, and emerging data technologies.
• Define data and analytics KPIs and communicate strategic insights to executive stakeholders.
• Manage data-related budgets, projects, technology partners, and external vendors.
• Ensure data architecture and analytics capabilities support long-term business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue through data.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing data and analytics teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovative data solutions.
