Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Stadiums to lead major stadium developments from design through handover, coordinating design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in project management, including 5+ years in senior PM roles on large venues, and demonstrate excellent English communication with a track record of multidisciplinary leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with 5+ years in a senior PM role.
• Experience on stadiums, arenas, or comparable public-use infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent accreditation desirable.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across design, procurement, construction and handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of stadium developments from design through handover.
• Support Project Director in scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk objectives.
• Establish delivery priorities across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Lead multidisciplinary design coordination among architecture, structures, MEP, ICT, and venue systems.
• Review progress, submissions, interfaces, and decisions affecting construction.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and third-party stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against schedules, milestones and delivery plans.
• Oversee project planning, reporting, and project controls activities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variations, and commercial reporting with the commercial team.
• Support contract administration, payments, and scope change evaluations.
