Job summary

Sisco Jobs in Dubai is recruiting for a Site Engineer on behalf of a client in the Construction/Engineering sector. You will supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate execution in line with approved drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant site execution experience and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, plus knowledge of quality control, safety, and coordination with project teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of drawing interpretation and construction standards.
• Experience supervising construction activities and coordinating site personnel.
• Familiarity with safety, quality control, and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate site execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and construction quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and project teams.
• Verify site measurements and quantities for completed work.
• Monitor project progress and report site updates to management.
• Ensure site activities comply with applicable safety and quality requirements.
• Identify technical or execution issues and coordinate corrective actions.
