Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop dashboards, report, and alerts using network feeds.
2. Ensure data quality in line with client's use cases.
3. Undertake the solution design to help leverage the full value of Splunk-Zscaler integration and lead the on-boarding of new use cases.
4. Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Splunk platform and future client's products.
5. Support large scale deployment with data feeds from multiple sources and on-premise and cloud data centres.
6. Monitor and maintain Splunk performance, availability, and capacity with present and future infrastructure.
7. Assist system upgrades, planning and execution.
8. Develop reliable, optimized query performance / efficient queries that will feed custom alerts and reports for dashboards.
9. Track work effectively via Agile methods.
10. Create and maintain documentation related to architecture and operational processes for Splunk.
11. Support and guide Splunk team / mentor / train junior engineers.
12. Act as single point of contact / Splunk liaison for Splunk technical questions, software issues / for management escalations.
