Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of continuous professional experience in landscape architecture.
• Strong understanding of local construction methods and Dubai authority regulations.
• Excellent design and presentation skills, commitment to creative and sustainable design.
• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, design, and present high-quality landscape architecture concepts and technical drawings.
• Oversee preparation of detailed design and tender documentation for large-scale public realm projects.
• Manage project contracts, budgets, and cost estimates in collaboration with quantity surveyors.
• Lead and mentor junior landscape architects and designers within the team.
• Coordinate effectively with other disciplines.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring design solutions meet expectations.
• Administer contracts, review site progress, and support construction administration phases.
• Develop landscape maintenance plans and post-construction care strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
