What you will do
- Lead assigned workstreams within broader HR transformation projects (e.g., Operating Model / TOM, process redesign, HR technology enablement, analytics, or change management).
- Conduct current-state assessments (interviews, workshops, data analysis) and develop future-state designs for HR service delivery (COE / HRBP / Shared Services) and supporting RACIs.
- Redesign HR processes (talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, learning, rewards, workforce planning) using best practices, Lean, and employee journey mapping.
- Support HR technology roadmaps and selection; collaborate with technical teams on HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) design, testing, data, integrations, and adoption activities.
- Build and maintain workstream plans, risks / issues / dependencies (RAID), and status reporting; ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Develop business cases, KPIs, and measurement frameworks for your workstream; track benefits and value realization.
- Drive change management for your scope : stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and readiness activities; coach line managers and champions.
- Facilitate client workshops and presentations; manage stakeholders up to HR Director / CHRO for your workstream.
- Coach junior team members and contribute to proposals, methods, and knowledge assets.
Qualifications
Required qualifications
- 6–8 years of total management consulting experience, including 3+ years focused on HR transformation in consulting.
- Solid understanding of modern HR operating models (COE / HRBP / Shared Services) and HR service delivery frameworks.
- Hands-on experience redesigning HR processes and implementing measurable improvements.
- Exposure to at least one leading HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) across design / implementation phases.
- Proven workstream leadership : planning, RAID management, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality deliverable creation.
- Change management experience (communications, training, adoption measurement) within HR contexts.
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills; able to define and track KPIs and value.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Able to deliver the project in Arabic
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree / MBA or advanced studies in HR / Organization Design.
- Professional certifications : SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, Prosci / ADKAR, PMP / PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma.
- HRIS certifications (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) or configuration / implementation experience.
- Experience with HR Shared Services, case management / knowledge tools (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD), automation (RPA, chatbots), or employee listening platforms.
- Experience supporting M&A HR integration or multi-country programs.
What success looks like in 6–12 months
- Successful delivery of your workstream’s milestones, with stakeholder sign-off and adoption targets achieved.
- Approved future-state designs and pilots for your scope.
- Evidenced improvements in KPIs relevant to your workstream (e.g., cycle times, service levels, experience scores, cost-to-serve).
- Strong client feedback and contribution to follow-on work.
