Job summary

Friction Arabia, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a proactive Sales Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build strong relationships with distributors and corporate buyers across the region.

You will conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals in line with sales targets. The role requires on-site work in Dubai, strong English communication, and regional travel.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Experience in lead generation, market research and pipeline management.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic a regional advantage.
• Experience in PPE or industrial/B2B sectors is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel within the region; UAE driving license required.
• Independent on-site work in Dubai with CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent practical experience.
