A real estate company in Dubai is looking for a Sales and Investment Manager to market high-value properties to investors. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of experience in wealth management, strong skills in investor relationship management, and is adept at capital raising. Purpose Statement
This role focuses on marketing and selling high-value international real estate properties to Dubai-based investors.
As our Sales and Investment Manager, you will lead business development and client engagement from our Dubai representative office, cultivating trusted, long-term client relationships, and ultimately closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive investor acquisition and capital raising for high-value residential and hospitality property projects.
Manage and expand relationships with UHNW and HNW investors across the UAE, Europe, and global markets.
Advise clients on structured property investment opportunities, integrating knowledge of alternative investments and wealth planning.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to promote our developments.
Prepare and deliver tailored investment proposals and presentations to clients and partners.
Work closely with the development and sales teams to align offerings with investor needs.
Monitor market trends (real estate, wealth management, ESG, alternative investments) to inform strategy and enhance client engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong experience working with UHNW / HNW clients in the UAE and / or Europe.
Track record of investor management,capital raising, portfolio growth, or fund distribution in financial services.
Knowledge of ESG investing, Islamic finance, or alternative investments is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills in English (French, Spanish, or German would be advantageous).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help establish and grow a representative office function.
