Job summary

L&T Construction in Dubai is seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to support Health, Safety and Environmental management activities for a major Roads EPC project in Dubai, UAE. The role will implement EHS systems at the project site, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and the company’s safety standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with project management, construction teams and subcontractors to maintain a safe and environmentally compliant workplace,

Responsibilities

• Implement EHS Management System in accordance with company, client and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and compliance checks across road construction activities.
• Coordinate with project teams to implement Traffic Management and Road Safety measures within construction zones.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and prepare Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and EHS awareness/training programs for employees and subcontractors.
