Qualifications

Experience in Dubai with local practices and regulations.
Knowledge of bridge/underpass construction techniques.
Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate construction of bridges and underpasses per design specs and safety standards.
Review and approve contractors' shop drawings, materials, and construction methods.
Conduct regular field inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Prepare and review technical reports, daily diaries, inspection reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain schedules.
Oversee inspectors and guide supervision of contractors' operations.
Review and analyze as-built drawings with inspectors and surveyors.
Monitor conformance with schedules and propose deviations solutions.
Collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions for challenges.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and RTA standards.
