Job summary

Workato in Dubai is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager (Egyptian Nationals) to lead every aspect of a high-volume restaurant, from staff oversight to budget management.

You will train and motivate a diverse team, ensure food safety and quality, handle customer concerns, and collaborate with the kitchen on new menus and promotions. English fluency required; Arabic a plus. On-site role with weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Egyptian nationality preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
• Train and develop staff to maintain high-quality service standards
• Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Plan and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
