Job summary

Ecojob in Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Manager with a strong background in running restaurant operations to join our team. You will oversee daily service, ensure high standards of customer care, supervise staff, and manage schedules to optimize efficiency.

You will also monitor inventory, hire and train staff, resolve customer issues, and contribute to cost control and marketing efforts to attract more guests.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional restaurant management experience.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with various financial and accounting systems.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to effectively manage and lead staff.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach to work.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Foreign nationality is a plus.
