Job summary

MIRAL.LLC seeks a reliable Videographer (shooting + editing) to manage full-cycle video production on a consistent weekly basis in Dubai. You will follow structured briefs from marketing and SMM, focusing on crisp visuals, lighting, audio, and on-camera talent while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include planning shoots, operating camera and sound, directing talent, filming multiple formats, editing, delivering by deadlines, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shooting video in real estate or agency content.
• Own professional equipment: camera, lighting and audio.
• Strong camera skills and ability to read light on location.
• Confidently direct people on camera and keep speakers on script.
• Solid editing skills: pacing, subtitles, music and colour correction.
• Marketing thinking to align videos with briefs.
• Basic practical knowledge of filming in Dubai and permits support.
• Fluent English in a team environment.
• Based in Dubai and able to travel within the city.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run shoots according to monthly content plan with marketing and SMM.
• Set up and operate camera, lighting and sound on location as a one-person crew.
• Direct on-camera talent to deliver scripts clearly.
• Film talking-head, reportage, vertical short-form and longer formats as required.
• Edit all footage: cuts, pacing, subtitles, music, basic colour and sound.
• Deliver finished videos by deadlines, up to 30 per month.
• Keep footage organized with clear naming, backups and archives.
• Maintain equipment so it is ready for every shoot day.
• Coordinate access and permissions with team.
• Suggest formats and improvements to briefs beyond mere execution.
• Flag risks to deadlines early to avoid misses.
