Azizi Developments in Dubai is seeking a talented videographer to create property listings, project launches, and agent-branding content. You will shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality real estate videos for luxury listings across Dubai.

The role requires UAE real estate marketing savvy, strong storytelling, and proficiency with top editing tools. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to execute campaigns and calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Media, Film Production, Videography, Digital Media or related field preferred.
• Previous UAE real estate videography experience highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating property videography, real estate marketing videos, and social media content.
• Proven ability to shoot professional property walkthroughs.
• Experience producing video content for residential or commercial property listings.
• Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, stabilizers, mics and related equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of After Effects.
• Experience using DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other short-form formats.
• Good visual storytelling, pacing, composition, lighting, brand presentation.
• Able to work independently during location shoots.
• Comfortable coordinating with agents, sales teams, marketers and management.
• Able to handle several shoots and edits simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and file-management skills.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced real estate brokerage environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and production quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Film high-quality videos of residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
• Capture interior and exterior footage with professional composition, lighting and framing.
• Produce property walkthrough videos highlighting layouts, finishes and amenities.
• Create reels, short-form videos, promotional films and social content for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to understand priorities and messaging.
• Edit raw footage into polished final videos using industry-standard tools.
• Ensure brand consistency across videos and optimize for platform distribution.
