Job summary

Blueline Prime Properties L L C is seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our Dubai team. This commission-based role offers no fixed monthly salary, with company-generated leads and marketing support.

Responsibilities include lead generation, client consultations, viewings, negotiations, and closing deals across off-plan and secondary properties. UAE-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of real estate sales experience preferred, UAE experience ideal.
• Dubai real estate experience preferred.
• Experience in off-plan or secondary property sales.
• Strong sales, prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationships skills.
• English fluency; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage.
• Commission-based role; no fixed monthly salary.
• Ability to generate personal leads in addition to company leads.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Existing client network is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and follow up with buyer/seller/investor leads.
• Advise clients on off-plan and ready properties based on requirements and budgets.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings and project presentations.
• Build relationships with owners and generate listings.
• Maintain knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, projects, prices and payment plans.
• Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM.
• Negotiate offers and support clients from inquiry to booking and closing.
• Develop personal leads and a strong client network.
• Meet agreed sales, prospecting, meeting and closing targets.
