Job summary

NUVÉ PROPERTIES LLC in Dubai is seeking ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents to join our expanding team. You will generate leads, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals, while building strong client relationships.

This full-time, on-site role offers training, CRM access, and a competitive commission structure. Fluency in English is required; UAE driving licence and RERA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience; Dubai real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong lead-generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• RERA certification and UAE driving licence preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify buyer, seller, landlord, and investor leads.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Source and manage property listings.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Follow up and convert leads into transactions.
• Advise clients on secondary and off-plan opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions through to completion.
• Maintain accurate client and property records using the CRM.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends and developments.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
