Job summary

Homes 4 Life Real Estate Broker LLC in Dubai seeks a Real Estate Portfolio Manager / Property Consultant to drive sales on a commission-only basis. The role covers prospecting, lead qualification, viewings, and managing the complete sales cycle for residential and commercial properties.

You will build and maintain a client portfolio, advise on market trends, pricing, financing options, and investment opportunities, and negotiate sales agreements while achieving individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Proven real estate sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate market, with a solid understanding of local property regulations and market trends.
• Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one in the United Arab Emirates.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple property listings, client requirements, and transactions while working effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• A valid UAE Driving License or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE.
• Previous experience in real estate brokerage or property advisory is mandate.
