Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.
• Proven sales background is a must.
• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Own car.
• Financially prepared to work in a commission-based sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and proactive, with a strong ability to prospect and generate business.
• Highly ambitious and motivated by results and earning potential.
• Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify clients across off-plan and secondary markets.
• Manage company-generated and personal leads; conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Advise clients on suitable opportunities and negotiate offers.
• Manage transactions through to completion and maintain client relationships.
• Build long-term client relationships and actively develop new business.
• Work toward individual sales targets and maintain a sharp market knowledge.
