• Work with clients to understand their investment and lifestyle goals.
• Stay up to date on launches, payment plans, and resale market prices and trends.
• Arrange property viewings, show apartment tours, and project presentations with developers.
• Negotiate terms and guide clients through booking forms, SPAs, and payment schedules.
• Handle resale transactions through to transfer, including Form F and developer NOCs.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and accuracy in all legal and financial documents.
