Job summary

Easy Tracks Real Estate is seeking ambitious Real Estate Consultants to join our brokerage, specializing in off-plan and resale properties in Dubai. You will work with clients to understand their investment and lifestyle goals, stay informed on launches and market trends, and coordinate property viewings and project presentations with developers.

Qualifications

Experience in real estate.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
UAE driving license (a plus).
A confident, ambitious, target-driven personality.
A strong interest in building a career in the Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities

Understand clients' investment and lifestyle goals.
Stay up to date on developer launches, payment plans, and resale market prices and trends.
Arrange property viewings, show apartment tours, and project presentations with developers.
Negotiate terms and guide clients through booking forms, SPAs, and payment schedules.
Handle resale transactions through to transfer, including Form F and developer NOCs.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and accuracy in all legal and financial documents.
