Job summary

Stride Homes in Dubai is hiring a Real Estate Broker to advise buyers, sellers and investors and to manage the full property sales process from first contact to closing. You will build strong client relationships, present suitable opportunities and convert enquiries into transactions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role requires proven sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work on-site in our Dubai office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development or client-facing roles.
• UAE real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to work full-time from our Dubai office.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s property market is an advantage.
• Additional languages and a UAE driving licence are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and follow up with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations, meetings and viewings.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai projects and market trends.
• Negotiate effectively between buyers, sellers and developers.
• Manage leads, follow-ups and sales activities through the company CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
• Work consistently towards individual and company sales targets.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards throughout every transaction.
