Job summary

Rinova Real Estate L.L.C., a Dubai-based real estate advisory, seeks a Telesales Specialist to work on-site with the Founder & CEO to generate and qualify client meetings. You will handle high-volume outbound calls, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings aimed at private clients and investors.

You will receive fresh leads, maintain CRM records, and report daily on activity and outcomes while driving investment opportunities in the Dubai market.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken English and excellent telephone communication.
• High-volume outbound calling and lead qualification experience.
• Experience in telesales, appointment setting, or real estate preferred.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Dubai.
• Willing to meet KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to fresh leads.
• Qualify prospects based on investment intent, budget, timeline.
• Schedule qualified meetings with the Founder.
• Perform disciplined follow-ups and CRM updates.
• Develop knowledge of Dubai real estate and investment opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication with investors and clients.
