Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through cold calling, networking, and property portals like Bayut and Property Finder.
• Property Listings: Create and update property listings, arrange photos and videos, and promote properties online.
• Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings and provide clients with property details.
• Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate property prices and terms to close successful deals.
• Client Support: Understand client needs, suggest suitable properties, and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Documentation: Prepare necessary documents, including MoUs, and follow DLD and RERA regulations.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, property prices, and new projects.
• Sales Targets: Follow up with clients, manage leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
