Qualifications

• Experienced in the Dubai property market.
• Proven in real estate sales.
• Experienced in off-plan and/or secondary property.
• Connected to buyers, sellers, investors or developers.
• Comfortable dealing with HNW and UHNW clients.
• Strong relationship builders and networkers.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially driven.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing their own pipeline.
• Confident, polished and professional in client-facing situations.
• Focused on building a long-term personal brand and business.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining a strong network of buyers, sellers and investors.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Advising clients on Dubai's real estate market.
• Handling property sales across off-plan and secondary markets.
• Building relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
• Conducting property viewings, presentations and negotiations.
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion.
• Developing long-term client relationships and referrals.
• Representing the brokerage professionally within the market.
• Using the private members’ environment to host clients and build relationships.
• Building your personal reputation and network within Dubai's real estate sector.
