Job summary

Oryan Realty, a Dubai-based luxury real estate advisory, seeks driven Real Estate Brokers to join our team. You will focus on secondary ready properties and off-plan developments, guiding investors and end-users through high-value transactions in prime locations, leveraging market intelligence for acquisitions, sales, and leasing.

You will source listings, conduct viewings, present data-backed insights, negotiate deals, and coordinate with developers, DLD, and other stakeholders to close

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a real estate broker in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of secondary and off-plan markets in Dubai.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Source, list, and manage a portfolio of secondary market properties (villas, apartments) and off-plan projects.
• Conduct property viewings, deliver presentations, and provide market insights to clients.
• Handle the full transaction cycle: negotiate deals, prepare documentation, coordinate with developers and authorities for closings.
• Build and maintain a network of clients, investors, and referral partners through outreach and events.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, pricing, ROI, and regulatory changes in both segments.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies, client advisory, and portfolio optimization for capital growth and rental yields.
• Support mortgage solutions and financing guidance to facilitate acquisitions.
